Doris H. Overton

DORIS H. OVERTON, age 82, of Demorest, Georgia, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2014 following a sudden illness. Mrs. Overton was born on January 12, 1932 to the late William Charles Hannon and Mamie Revis Hannon in Tampa, Florida. She was a member of The Seventh Day Adventist Church where she served as Secretary-Treasurer and Pianist. She was a loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She is preceded in death by her Parents, and one Brother. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors include Husband, Claude L. Overton, of Demorest, GA; Daughters, Kay Cribb of Tampa, Fl, and Dorothy Harris, of Asheville, NC; Step-Daughter, Lisa Overton-Baldwin, of Las Vegas, NV A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, October 26, 2014 at The Seventh Day Adventist Church, Cleveland, GA.
