Deborah "Debbie" G. Martin

Deborah "Debbie" G. Martin age 69, of Lilburn, Georgia formerly of Baldwin, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on Thursday May 13, 2021. Mrs. Martin was born on January 18, 1952 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Alfred Tyson Martin; daughter, Leona Martin; granddaughter, Victoria Martin; and mother, Barbara Schabert. Mrs. Martin was a member of the Baldwin Baptist Church.Debbie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her grandchildren knew her as "Nana". Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law;Jason and Kara Martin, Lula, Georgia and Christopher and Jana Martin, Lilburn, Georgia; brother, Larry Schabert, of Washington State; sister-in-law, Hazel Cook, Alto, Georgia;brothers-in-law;Ronald Martin, Lula, Georgia and Brantley Martin, Oakwood, Georgia; six grandchildren:Rylee Martin, Bennett Martin, Madeline Martin, Piper Martin, Finley Martin, and Ford Martin. Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel with Pastor Matt Baker officating. Inurnment will follow in the Baldwin City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the funeral home prior to the service.
