Dawn V. Tufts

DAWN V. TUFTS, age 76, of Clarkesville, Georgia passed away on Friday, March 9, 2012. Mrs. Tufts was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 12, 1935. She was preceded death by her father, John Poneleit, grandson, Beau Cantrell. Mrs. Tufts was of the American Lutheran faith. She recently retired as owner of Dixie Gallery Antiques in Clarkesville, Georgia. Survivors include her husband, Frank H. Tufts, Clarkesville, GA; mother, Vi Poneleit, San Diego, CA; daughters, Margaret Ann Tufts, Roswell, GA, Catherine V. Tufts, Clarkesville, GA and Frances Elaine Welch, Cleveland, GA; sister, Katherine Marie Elizabeth Hobbs, Seattle, WA; brother, John Poneleit, Jr., Cumming, GA; seven grandchildren, Forest Brook Cantrell, Jeremy Robert Cantrell, Mathew Chancey Cantrell, Jason Edward Dunham, Elizabeth Dawn Clausen, Ashley Rose Lamb, and Ann Marie Krouse, and two great-grandchildren, Kalie Sky Cantrell, and Chase James Cantrell.
