Dan Deiter

Dan Deiter, age 52, of Cornelia, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Mr. Deiter was born on April 16, 1966 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was employed with Triple H. Transport, Inc. Survivors include his wife, DeAnne Deiter of Cornelia; parents, Woodrow and Carolyn Deiter, of Halifax, PA; daughter, Emily Coker, of Athens, GA; son, Kyle Deiter, of Halifax, PA; and three grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel with Dr. Kenneth Franklin officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Grant-Reeves V.F.W. Post 7720, the American Legion Post # 84 and the Rabun County DAV Post #15. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., on Tuesday, July 3 at the funeral home, prior to the service.
