Corey Ray Dyer

Corey Ray Dyer, age 27, of Baldwin, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018. Corey was born on June 20, 1990, in Demorest, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Willard Ray Stowe and John Andy Dyer. Corey was a born again Christian. Survivors include his father and stepmother, Gary and Dena Dyer of Baldwin; mother and stepfather, Karen and Craig Hubbard; sister, Emily Hubbard; brother, Jordan Hubbard; stepbrothers, Jacob Chapman and Isaac Chapman; and grandmothers, Juanita Dyer and Louella “Tiney” Stowe. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Oaks at Scenic View for the love and care he received there. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at Free Chapel Worship Center in Gainesville, Georgia, with Craig Hubbard, Chad Parker, and Katie Franklin officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery with Larry Whitfield officiating. The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm and 5-8 pm on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia.
