Constance Faith Howard Thieme

CONSTANCE FAITH HOWARD THIEME, age 50 of Clarkesville, Georgia passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2013. Mrs. Thieme was born in Greensboro, North Carolina on November 14, 1962. She was a graduate of Commerce High School and received her associate's degree in nursing from North Georgia College and State University. Mrs. Thieme was the Cardiac Rehab Coordinator with Habersham Medical Center for 22 years. She found great joy in meeting and working with the patients that came through the program. She was a member of Grove Level Baptist Church. Survivors include her loving husband of 25 years, David Thieme, Clarkesville; parents, Chess and Linda White Howard, Maysville; son and daughter-in-law, Caleb and Jenny Phillips, Dawsonville; two sons and their fiancés, Joshua Thieme and Hannah Goglin, and Nathan Thieme and Ebie McLain all of Clarkesville; brother, Jonathan Howard, Oakland, KY; brother and sister-in-law, Christopher and Amy Howard, Jefferson; she is also survived by nieces and nephews. Memorial services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, October 13, 2013, at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Rev. John Wood and family members officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, 2013, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia.
