Clyde H. Edgecomb

Clyde H. Edgecomb, age 84, of Demorest, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 24, 2016. Mr. Edgecomb was born on July 2, 1932 in Ferrimore, Wisconsin . He is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Lee and Hedwig Marie Rickle Edgecomb; wife, Betty Ann Bradley Edgecomb; sister, Louise Goodwin; and step-parents, Arthur and Hazel Fierge. Mr. Edgecomb was a member of Demorest Baptist Church. He was also a United States Army Veteran having proudly served his country for two years during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Edgecomb was owner of Edgecomb Jewelry in Englewood, Florida. Survivors include his sisters, Jeanette Edgecomb, of Bradenton, FL; Cleone McClelland, of Quincy, IL; Marcella Walton, of Crystal Lake, IL; sister and brother-in-law, Inez and Cleve Sapp, of Hurst, TX; and nine nieces and nephews. Memorial Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Demorest Baptist Church with Dr. Tom Mewborn officiating.
