Clifford Lee Boling
July 31, 1950 — March 19, 2023
Mr. Boling was born on July 31, 1950 in Hall County, to the late Hugh and Lessie Turner Boling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Hughie Boling, Jr., and Jimmy Boling; and his aunt who raised him, Lela Norrell; grandson, Mark Timothy Ayers; and nephew, Benji Boling.
Mr. Boling retired from Mt. Vernon Mills with several years of dedicated service. Clifford enjoyed being out on the farm, as well as hunting an fishing. His favorite thing overall was spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his daughter, Tammy Shedd, of Homer; son, Stacy Boling, of Cleveland; grandchildren, Brooke Shedd, of Cornelia; Kevin Michael Shedd, of Cornelia; Peyton Shedd, of Cornelia; Blair Ayers, of Wisconsin; Preslee Shedd, of Cornelia; brother, Tommy Boling, of Gainesville; sisters, Helen Brady, of Clermont; and Cathy Beck, of Pendergrass.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 24, 2023 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request that donations be made to assist with final expenses to Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, P.O. Box 1113, Cornelia, Georgia 30531.
