Charles Munroe

CHARLES MUNROE, age 72, of Cornelia, Georgia, formerly of Oakwood, Georgia and Massachusetts, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Munroe was born on July 16, 1938, in Boston, Massachusetts. He was the son of the late C. Ralph and Marjorie Aldrich Munroe. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Munroe and his sister, Judith Ireland. Mr. Munroe has been disabled for several years. He was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Karen Munroe, Cornelia, GA; daughters, Linda Donadio, Franklin, MA and Nancy Riedel, North Attleboro, MA; sons, Derek Munroe, Cornelia, GA, Keith Munroe, Oakwood, GA, David Munroe, Boston, MA, Wayne Munroe, Attleboro, MA; and Kevin Munroe, Danvers, MA; sister, Patricia Duhanel, Hopedale, MA; brothers, Paul Munroe, Beaufort, SC, Roger Munroe, Medway, MA, and Bruce Munroe, Bellingham, MA; 15 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
