Cassandra "Sandy" Carnes-Bisnett

CASSANDRA "SANDY" CARNES- BISNETT, age 62, of Clarkesville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2012, following a sudden illness. Mrs. Bisnett was born on August 25, 1949, in Athens, Georgia; daughter of the late Norman and Joann Kemp Carnes. She was a retired registered nurse having served at St. Mary's Hospital and Athens Regional Medical Center, both in Athens, Georgia and then at Stephens County Hospital in Toccoa, Georgia. Mrs. Bisnett was also a private duty "nanny". She was a member of Faith Tabernacle Full Gospel Church for over 35 years and Director of the Children's Church. Survivors include her husband, Gregory T. Bisnett, Clarkesville, GA; godchildren, Tonya Ellerbee, Clarkesville, GA, Tara Sellers, Cleveland, GA, John Paul Rogers, Cleveland, GA, and Katie Bisnett, Eclectic, AL; and god grandchildren, Britney Ellerbee, Alexis Ellerbee, Caleb Ellerbee, Alyssa Brown, and Brianna Reeves. Memorial services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, June 30, 2012, at Faith Tabernacle Full Gospel Church, with Rev. Janice Suddereth officiating.
