BOBBY A. JUSTICE, age 59, of Toccoa, GA, died Saturday, October 11,2008 at the home. Mr. Justice was born on September 24, 1949 in Rabun County, Georgia to the late Luther and Jeanette Justice. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Justice and a sister, Shirley Mull. Mr. Justice was a member of the Clarkesville Church of God. Until his illness occurred, Mr. Justice was employed with the City of Demorest. Survivors include: his wife: Rachel Yarber Justice, Toccoa, GA; his daughter: Vicki Hopewell, Mt. Airy, GA; his son: Robert Justice, Toccoa, GA; his sisters: Charlotte Hunnicutt, Demorest, GA; Maryann Hunnicutt, Samson, AL; his brothers: Carol Justice, Toccoa, GA; Jimmy Justice, Fitzgerald, GA; Charles Justice, Samson, AL; his grandchildren: Michael Webb, Kristi Medlock, Tony Mooney, and Shawn Mooney; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 from the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, with Rev. Ernest Hunter and Rev. Larry Martin officiating.
