Betty Brenda Kelsey

Betty Brenda Kelsey, age 57, of Clarkesville, GA, died Monday, June 29, 2009 at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Kelsey was born on September 4, 1951 in Bradenton, Florida. She was preceded in death by her mother, Nina Thompson Reeder. Mrs. Kelsey was a cosmetologist and above all, a dedicated homemaker, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the St. Mark Catholic Church. Survivors include: Her husband: Wayne Kelsey, Clarkesville, GA; her father: H. B. Reeder, Baldwin, GA; her daughter and son-in-law: Tonya and Richard Fugel, Clarkesville, GA; her sons and daughters-in-law: Tommy and Detria Kelsey, Greene, ME; Louie and Christina Kelsey, Clarkesville, GA; her sisters: Nina Skinner and Lynda Forrester, both of Toccoa, GA; Tina Pasley, Cornelia, GA; her brother: Hensen Reeder, Jr., Demorest, GA; her grandchildren: Kenneth Snyder, Philomena Kelsey, Elizabeth Fugel, Julianna Fugel, Bridget Kelsey, Gabriel Fugel, and Kaylie Kelsey. Private memorial services were held and conducted by Father Abel Guerrero-Orta. Arrangements are in the care of Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia.
