Bernice Sutton Warren

BERNICE SUTTON WARREN, age 86, of Cornelia, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Mrs. Warren was born on December 9, 1924, in White County, Georgia to the late John L. and Jennie Elder Sutton. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Lorene Martin and brothers, J.L., Bobby, and Earl Sutton. Mrs. Warren was a retired employee of Johnson and Johnson with 43 years of service. She was a member of Level Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Monroe Warren, Cornelia, GA; and sisters, Minnie Waldrip, Gainesville, GA and Virginia Trotter, Demorest, GA. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2011, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia with Rev. Terry Rice and Rev. Brian James officiating. Burial will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5, 2011, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia.
