Bernice Simmons Pierce

BERNICE SIMMONS PIERCE, age 88, of Gainesville, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2010. Mrs. Pierce was born on July 29, 1922, in Hall County, Georgia to the late Fletch and Alice Hart Simmons, husband, Oscar Pierce, Sr., son, Oscar Pierce, Jr., brothers, Felton C. Simmons, Sr., and Garnett Simmons. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include grandson, Chris Pierce, Gainesville, GA; niece, Cathy Garrett, Demorest, GA; great niece, Tammy Garrett Presnell, Cleveland, GA; and great nephew, Thomas Ray Griffin, Clarkesville, GA.
