ASCENSION MORALES RAMIREZ, age 101, of Alto, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 following an extended illness. Mr. Ramirez was born May 20, 1914 in San Andres Enguaro, Mexico to the late Primo and Socorro Moralez Ramirez. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Refujia Garciatorres. Mr. Ramirez was a self-employed farmer. A mass celebrating his life will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 23, 2015, at St. Mark Catholic Church. His body will lie in state at his residence from 4:30 PM, Saturday, November 21, 2015 until 9:30 AM, Monday, November 23, 2015. Interment will follow in the Municipal Cemetery in San Andres Enguaro, Yuriria, Guanajuato, Mexico.
