Annie Mae Gunn Wiley

ANNIE MAE GUNN WILEY, age 88, of Demorest, GA , died Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Wiley was born on June 11, 1918 in Habersham County, Georgia to the late O. S. and Hettie Genevia Tench Gunn. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Robert A. Berrong. Mrs. Wiley was a member of the Double Springs Baptist Church. She was a bookkeeper for Reeves Hardware for 22 years and was employed with Fieldale Processing Plants for 13 years. Survivors include: her grandson, reared in the home; Stacy Berrong, Demorest, GA; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 13, 2007 from the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, with Rev. Tony Kemp officiating. Burial will follow in Level Grove Cemetery.
