Annease Mcduffie

ANNEASE MCDUFFIE, age 59, of Baldwin, Georgia, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. McDuffie was born on December 9, 1953, in Commerce, Georgia; daughter of the late Jack and Catherine Broome McDuffie. She was the widow of Pete Lawrence. Mrs. McDuffie was formerly employed with Baldwin Garment Company for a number of years, Vend Incorporated, and was self employed for the past several years. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Allen Sears, Homer; sisters, Ethel Evans, Calhoun, Betty Kimsey of Florida, Ruth Eller Justus, Homer, Ann Wikle, Cornelia, and Carolyn Moody, Baldwin; brother, Tony McDuffie, Lula; grandson, Justin Sears, Homer; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Trinidad Rosendo, Baldwin. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia, with Rev. Silvio Vigo, Rev. Billy Burrell, and Rev. Jerrell Beatty officiating. Interment will follow in Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at the funeral home.
