Lori Ann Fortenberry

Lori Ann Fortenberry, age 52, of Alto, Georgia passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018. Ms. Fortenberry was born on December 7, 1965 in Demorest, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her sister, Wendy Gale Thomason. Survivors include her parents, James and Syble Thomason, of Alto; son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Nicole Fortenberry, of Hampstead, NC; sisters, Renee Thomason Groth, and husband, Paul, of Gainesville; Teresa Thomason Cox and husband, Tommy, of Cleveland; brother, Kent Thomason and wife, Kelly, of Alto; two grandchildren, Gracie Leigh Fortenberry, and Garrett Lee Fortenberry. A private family graveside service will be held. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 28, 2018 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel.
