Kay Cook Richardson, age 54, of Toccoa, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018. Ms. Richardson was born on November 13, 1963 in Malone, New York. She was preceded in death by her father and step-mother, Earl and Thelma Cook. Ms. Richardson was of the Catholic Faith. Survivors include her step-father and mother, Andy and Arolynn (Monteau) Montgomery, of Toccoa, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Tillman Pete Richardson and Brittney, of Colorado Springs, CO; sister and brother-in-law, Fran Foster and John, of Cleveland, GA; cousin, Steve Mayville, of Zephyr Hills, FL; aunt and uncle, Darlene and Kelly Warren, of Tennessee; and a number of nieces and nephews.
